1) Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not share your password or allow others to use your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2) Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful activities or to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• No attempts to probe, scan, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform.
• No harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
• Respect exam integrity; do not use the Services to cheat or facilitate academic dishonesty.

3) Credits, Plans & Expiry

• Some features consume credits. Your plan and remaining credits are shown in your account.
• Credits carry an expiry date. The specific validity or expiry for each purchase is shown at the time of purchase or in your account. After the expiry date, unused credits are forfeited and are non-refundable.
• We may change credit pricing or consumption rates; any changes will apply prospectively.

4) Payments & Third-Party Gateways

• Payments are processed outside our platform by independent third-party payment providers (e.g., gateways or wallet services). We do not collect or store your full payment details.
• We are not responsible for third-party payment issues, delays, chargebacks, or failures. Any disputes regarding transactions should be raised with your payment provider.
• All prices and taxes are as displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges.
• Unless stated otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable. Where refunds are offered, they are handled according to the payment provider’s policies.

5) User Content & License

• You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., essays, answers, uploads). You represent you have the necessary rights and that your content complies with law.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and create derivative works of your content solely to provide and improve the Services (e.g., evaluation, quality improvement, safety, debugging, analytics).
• We may generate aggregated or anonymized data from usage; we may use such data for analytics, improvement, and reporting.

6) AI Output, Accuracy & Educational Use

• AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific context. Use your own judgment and verify important information independently.
• The Services are provided for learning and practice; they do not guarantee academic, testing, or career outcomes.
• You are responsible for how you use AI outputs, including compliance with exam rules and academic integrity policies.

7) Data Use & Privacy

• We do not misuse user data. We use your data to operate, secure, and improve the Services (e.g., model quality, features, safety, debugging, analytics).
• We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers under contracts that limit their use to providing services to us (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments).
• For details, please see our Privacy Policy (if available). Where required, we will seek your consent for specific uses.

8) Service Availability & Changes

• We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services for maintenance, security, or other reasons. We will try to minimize disruptions.
• We may change features, credit consumption, or pricing prospectively. Where material changes occur, we’ll provide notice via the website or email (where possible).

9) Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for risks to users, the platform, or third parties.
• You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions (e.g., disclaimers, limitations, license to your content for service operation, and payment obligations) survive termination.

10) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement), to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSS GPT and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
• Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Services during the 3 months preceding the claim (or PKR 10,000, whichever is lower), unless prohibited by law.

11) Governing Law, Disputes & Misc.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Jurisdiction and venue lie in courts located in Pakistan. (Update this if your business is registered elsewhere.)
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• We may update these Terms occasionally; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
